Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the design process has started.
- Partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of the project.
Timeline Delays
Delays caused by client-side issues (approval, payments, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
